How long does delivery take?

In Belgium, your order is delivered within 10 days. For other countries, allow 2 to 4 weeks. We write to you before shipping to confirm the address and the day.

How much does delivery cost?

In Belgium, €20 for a rug and from €5.50 for small objects. In Europe, from €30 depending on the country. The exact amount is always shown before you pay.

Can I pick up my order at the shop?

Yes, free of charge, at 40 rue Américaine, 1060 Brussels. Your order is ready from the day after you place it.

Can I see a rug at home before deciding?

Yes. In Brussels and around, we bring the rugs you are hesitating between to your home, free of charge. Write to us at info@yaas.be.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order by writing to info@yaas.be. Once we confirm your request by email, you have up to 30 days after delivery to send it back, for an exchange or a full refund. Return shipping is at your own cost.

What about made-to-order rugs?

Rugs created for you are handwoven in Morocco. Timing depends on the piece, and we give it to you when you order.
